Stefano is our "former" good-looking guy, just apparently grumpier, is actually a gentle, generous dad and husband and at times smiles and cracks a joke. His native tongue is Italian and understands a little English.
He holds of a degree in building surveying and is a man of many faces and trades from carpentry, architecture, textile worker, gardener, vineyard keeper, and a member of a social cooperative. He's GM (General Manager) of the Hostel Villa Borgognoni. Stefano is upgrading his skills an agriculture and is very involved in the community and aiding people in social assistance. He is a very special heart warming man!

Daniele's Photo: 8 kg ago... His native tongue is French but has lived in Italy for the past 30 years and is also fluent in Italian.
In the past he has been GM for many high-end hotels and restaurants. He holds a diploma in hospitality and Culinary Management. He has mastered the ability to multitask in the hospitality field as a bartender, waiter, pastry chef, head chef and specializes in ice-cream (gelato) making. As the Assistant Manager/Night Porter of the Villa (and lives at Villa with his family) it's his responsibility to make sure everything is safe and available. He and his wonderful family welcome guests and help them to settle in the Hostel Villa Borgognoni and organize their stay, making them feel that they are staying at a B&B and not a hostel. He is a very amicable and will make you smile 24/7!

Silvia is the latest signing (acquisition) of the Villa. Her native tongue is Italian but is is also fluent in English. She holds a diploma in Tourism Management and has worked as GM (general manager) in a touristic sector of a social cooperative, in a travel agency, and a booking clerk in a commercial building complex at the tourist information bureau. She works at the reception desk of the Hostel Villa Borgognoni in the afternoons and is responsible for marketing, tourism and other matters. She is a yummy mommy of beautiful baby girl.
